Hi there! Richelle here! I’m the Photography Business Coach. I am just a regular girl who believes that you can build a business based on your Passions & Talents and that you are put on this earth to serve a very specific group of people!
My husband, Jaques, and I chose to build a Wedding Photography business in a small city of 200,000 people at a time that we were told that there were too many photographers. We built a six figure wedding photography brand without Jaques knowing a thing about weddings and without me knowing a thing about photography. If we can, you can!
After a car accident in 2017, my ability to shoot as many weddings created a problem that we needed to solve. In trying to solve that problem, we built an entire Boudoir Studio from scratch within a year. After doing this, Jaques was adamant that other photographers needed to know how to build businesses from scratch and how to use my 4-step Methodology (Passion, Plan, Process, Profit) to build their own dream photography business. I became very passionate about wanting to help others with my proven, repeatable, step-by-step system, and Passion to Profit for Photographers was born.

Hello, My name is Christina Vasil and I would like to share a little bit about how Richelle helped me move forward quickly. I wanted to grow my business and start shooting bigger shoots but didn't know exactly where to start, how I would have the time, and how to come into the clientele I wanted. TIMELINE
During the next 6 months we will go through the 4 Phases of Passion to Profit.
The Passion Phase
During this phase, we will focus on Building Your Business from Your Passion. This phase will include: Figuring out Who you are, Determining Who you want to serve, and how the two come together in your Online Presence to the World and all communication!
The Planning Phase
In the second phase, we will start your Plan. We will map out your goals, as well as your Ideal Life Calendar. During this stage, we will plan out how you will advertise based on your ideal client, as well as your Customer Journey.
The Process Phase
You will start Putting Your Plan Into Action. You will use the Plans and Customer Journey to figure out your Product Suite & Pricing Guide, set up Tools, as well as learn how to turn Leads into clients who are excited to hire you specifically.
We’ll be covering client care, how to increase profit, and systems to keep life in balance.
Everything will be set up so that you look professional, all while knowing exactly who you are and who should be hiring you.
The Profit Phase
Profits are the Results phase. Likes and comments don’t pay the bills. We’ll cover how to track your results, as well as making sure that you are making money and meeting your goals. We’ll help with figuring out your results and seeing how we can improve on them.

Group Coaching
Every week we will host Group Calls with the content with a chance for Question & Answer for the attendees at the very end. Calls will be approximately 1 hour. You will have the opportunity to submit Questions before the live call. That way, everyone gets a chance to have questions answered to continue making progress. I may do an open mastermind-style sometimes in the event a member needs ideas. The group would then collaborate to come up with solutions with the member. The calls will be recorded and available in the Members Portal, called Kajabi. These Group calls will only allow positive and creative talk that is results-oriented.
Video Training
Additional videos will be added to the Portal to support the Beta members as they give feedback on what is needed.
Figuring out Your Passion
Everything relies on the First Phase: Passion. If this part isn't done properly, everything else will become harder for you and you won't be effective in the way you show up for your clients and potential clients. This is the MOST important part of the Passion to Profit System, and will have to be redone if you decide you are looking to shoot in another niche.
Planning
One of the most important things to do after the Passion Phase, is to create an entire blueprint of where you want your life and business to go. I’ll teach you how to keep things simple so that it doesn’t get overwhelming.
